Efficiency of the time spent is the key to achieving dramatic improvements. Every exercise in Pilates has a purpose, and sometimes several, and there is no time to dally from one exercise to the next.
Marie’s sessions move fast without sacrificing form and she is unlikely to let any of your muscles rest until your time is up. Although she will challenge you and push your body to higher levels, she is astute to each individual’s capabilities and knows your limits.
