“Pilates is what you want it to be. The miracle of Pilates is that it is so adaptable. It is for all body types, ages, gender, and fitness levels. What it can do for your mind, body and spirit is truly the next best thing to a fountain of youth.

It is what Pilates has done for my clients and myself that inspires me to continue teaching and educating people about the many wonders of Pilates. It is the basics, the original series and exercises that Joseph H. Pilates invented in the early twentieth century, that continue to change bodies and rejuvenate the mind in every session I teach. 

I could go on forever about all its great points but you will not know until you try it. Feel for yourself how good it feels to walk out of a Pilates session. But I warn you, it is addictive and contagious.”
